Daniel Breitenmoser, CEO and member of the Board After graduating with a M.A. in International Relations from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland in 2004, Daniel started a career in international management. From 2004 to 2006 he worked for DKSH, a global distributor of pharmaceutical products, in the Philippines, focusing on cost saving projects and financial planning. After six months in China, he joined the Dubai-based corporate finance team of the Supreme Group, a global food logistics company. In 2008, he changed internally into the operational area, and worked for two years as Operations Manager and General Manager in various countries in Western and Central Africa, providing logistics services to different UN Peacekeeping Missions. After the planning phase in 2009 Daniel started - together with Ulrich Hinterberger - in the beginning of 2010 to setup the Latin American business unit for nelcons in Colombia. Daniel is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and has basic knowledge of Mandarin and Arabic. He likes to be exposed to different cultures, plays tennis and is keen to improve his Salsa moves in Colombia. Location: Colombia Christian Hinterberger, general manager Switzerland Christian brings a broad technical background from working for various technology-oriented companies. After he had finished his engineering studies in 2007 he worked in the pharmaceutical packaging industry where he led several engineering projects. As a project manager his responsibilities include process analysis and implementation. The aim to bring systems to production level in consideration of regulatory and economical aspects are the main challenges, always with client satisfaction in mind. Since September 2011 he acts as general manager Switzerland for nelcons. Chris is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French and Spanish. His many journeys in various countries such as Colombia, China, Russia, Mongolia, New Zealand, etc. have given him insight and understanding about how to interact with various cultures. Location: Switzerland Ulrich Hinterberger, member of the Board Ulrich holds a M.A. in Risk Management from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. From 1994 to 1998 he organized and coordinated inspections for an inspection body for sustainable food production. In 1998, he implemented a quality management system (QMS) for the same organization and subsequently worked as a consultant introducing and auditing QMS. In 2006 he joined SimCorp, a Danish asset management system provider, in Zurich. Ulrich worked for several complex implementation projects in the financial services sector, finally as Senior Business Consultant. After the planning phase in 2009 Ulrich started - together with Daniel Breitenmoser - in the beginning of 2010 to setup the Latin American business unit for nelcons in Colombia and returned to Switzerland in December 2010. He then resigned his operational activities but still acts as a board member and shareholder. Ulrich is fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French. He’s an unrecognized musician and singer and likes adventurous travel and sports. |
